In Black Myth: Wukong, the Baoding Mountain Thousand-Armed Guanyin, the Western Pure Land Transformation, and the Hell Transformation scenes from the Dazhu Rock Carvings have been faithfully recreated in a 1:1 scale, allowing playersto experience the allure of Chinese traditional culture in a virtual world. The “Hell Transformation” scene in the game echoes the two-tiered Hell Transformation sculptures in the Dazhu Rock Carvings, with Bodhisattvas on the upper level and hell on the lower level.
