##中俄总理定期会晤：深化合作，共促发展
当地时间8月21日上午，中国国务院总理李强在莫斯科同俄罗斯总理米舒斯京共同主持了中俄总理第二十九次定期会晤。此次会晤是两国建交75周年之际的重要活动，旨在进一步深化中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系，推动两国各领域合作迈上新台阶。
李强总理在会晤中表示，近年来，在习近平主席和普京总统的战略引领下，中俄关系在高水平上实现高质量发展，两国各领域合作持续展现强大韧性，稳步向前推进。中方愿同俄方一道，坚持相互尊重、彼此信任、世代友好、互利共赢，加强中俄全方位务实合作，推动中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系迈上新台阶。

双方领导人听取了中俄投资、能源合作委员会，中俄总理定期会晤委员会，中国东北地区和俄罗斯远东地区政府间合作委员会，中俄人文合作委员会双方代表工作汇报。两国总理充分肯定双方各委员会近一年来的工作，并一致认为，中俄两国务实合作优势互补、潜力巨大。

The 29th regular meeting between the Prime Ministers of China and Russia was held in Moscow on August 21, 2023. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin stated that this year marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Russia and China, and the bilateral relationship is currently at its highest level in history. The two leaders listened to work reports from representatives of the China-Russia Investment and Energy Cooperation Committee, the China-Russia Prime Ministers’ Regular Meeting Committee, the IntergovernmentalCooperation Committee between the Northeast Region of China and the Far East Region of Russia, and the China-Russia Human Cooperation Committee. Both Prime Ministers fully affirmed the work of the respective committees over the past year and agreed that China and Russia have complementary advantages and immense potential for practical cooperation.
Both sides expressed their intention to furtheroptimize the cooperation structure, steadily advance cooperation in traditional areas such as trade, investment, agriculture, and energy, expand cooperation in emerging fields such as the digital economy, biomedicine, and green development, deepen cultural exchanges through the “China-Russia Year of Culture,” consolidate the foundation of friendly public opinion, continuously enhance theendogenous driving force of bilateral cooperation, and improve the quality and efficiency of cooperation.
