为改善黑龙江流域的水生态环境，涵养渔业资源，8月21日，2024年黑龙江“冷水鱼·放流季”嘉荫站活动在黑龙江省伊春市嘉荫县江滨广场举行，共计放流细鳞鲑、鲢鱼、鳜鱼、草鱼等235万尾鱼苗。
此次放流活动现场热闹非凡，多个放流池被设置，工作人员采用滑道的方式放流鱼苗，有效提高了鱼苗存活率。渔政执法船上搭建的铁皮放流槽，则将装有鱼苗的氧气袋运至江中，活蹦乱跳的鱼苗很快涌入水中，在黑龙江“安家”。
据悉，嘉荫县自2009年以来，已累计人工放流鲟鳇鱼、鲫鱼、大马哈鱼、草鱼、鲢鱼、细鳞鲑等共计2313万尾。通过“以鱼净水、以鱼养水”的方式，有效改善了黑龙江流域的生态环境，促进了鱼类种群恢复，保护了水生生物资源。
此次放流活动是黑龙江省近年来持续推进水生态环境保护和渔业资源恢复的重要举措之一。通过增殖放流，不仅可以补充水域中的鱼类资源，还可以改善水质，提高水体自净能力，促进水生态系统的良性循环。

To improve the water ecological environment of the Heilongjiang River Basin and nurture fishery resources,the 2024 Heilongjiang “Cold Water Fish Release Season” Jiayin Station event was held on August 21st at the Jiabin Square in Jiayin County, Yichun City, HeilongjiangProvince. A total of 2.35 million fish fry, including Siberian grayling, silver carp, mandarin fish, and grass carp, were released.
The release event was lively, with multiple release pools set up. Staff usedslides to release the fish fry, effectively increasing their survival rate. On the fishery law enforcement boat, iron sheet release troughs were built to transport oxygen bags filled with fish fry to the river.
