山东多样化种植春菜 抢“鲜”上市促农增收

在济南市章丘区绣惠街道前程村，大棚里一片绿意盎然。村民们正忙着采收鲜嫩的菠菜、油菜、香椿等春菜。
“今年我们村种植了200多亩春菜，品种有菠菜、油菜、香椿、生菜等，预计总产量能达到100多万斤。”前程村党支部书记张德文介绍说，春菜上市早、价格高，是村民增收的重要来源。
在临沂市沂南县大庄镇大庄村，村民们种植的香椿树长势喜人，一簇簇嫩绿的香椿芽缀满枝头。
“我们村有1000多亩香椿树，每年3月份开始采摘，一直能采到5月份。”大庄村党支部书记刘传福说，香椿芽营养丰富，深受消费者喜爱，每斤能卖到50多元。
为了提高春菜品质和产量，山东各地积极推广新品种、新技术。在青岛市莱西市店埠镇，村民们采用无土栽培技术种植生菜，不仅产量高，而且品质好。
“无土栽培的生菜口感脆嫩，深受市场欢迎。”店埠镇党委书记孙学峰说，镇里还成立了生菜种植合作社，统一提供技术指导和销售渠道，帮助村民增收致富。
据山东省农业农村厅介绍，今年山东省春菜种植面积约为200万亩，预计总产量将达到400万吨。春菜上市后，不仅能满足消费者对春季蔬菜的需求，还能带动乡村产业发展，增加农民收入。

“This year, our village has planted over 200 mu of spring vegetables, including spinach, rapeseed, Chinese toon, and lettuce,” said Zhang Dewen, Party Secretary of Qiancheng Village. “With an estimated total yield of over 1 million kilograms, spring vegetables are an important source of income for our villagers due to their early market entry and high prices.”
In Dazhuang Village, Dazhuang Town, Yinan County, Linyi City, Chinese toon treesare thriving, their branches adorned with clusters of tender green shoots.
“Our village has over 1,000 mu of Chinese toon trees,” said Liu Chuanfu, Party Secretary of Dazhuang Village. “Harvesting begins in March and continues until May.” Rich in nutrients, Chinese toon shoots are highly sought after by consumers and can fetch a price of over 50 yuan per kilogram.
To improve the quality and yield of spring vegetables, Shandong Province has actively promoted new varieties and technologies. In Dianbu Town, Laixi City, Qingdao City, villagers have adopted soilless cultivation techniques to grow lettuce, resulting in both high yields and excellent quality.
“Soilless-cultivated lettuce has a crisp texture and is very popular in the market,” said Sun Xuefeng, Party Secretary of Dianbu Town. “The town has also established a lettuce planting cooperative to provide unified technical guidance and sales channels, helping villagers increase their incomes.”
According to the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the province’s spring vegetable planting area this year is approximately 2 million mu, with an estimated total yield of 4 million tons.
