我国专业新闻网站IT之家近日报道,印度首个太阳探测器Aditya-L1成功抵达围绕日地拉格朗日L1点的目标轨道Halo Orbit(晕轮轨道),距离地球约150万公里,轨道周期约177.86个地球日。此次任务的主要目标是观测和了解太阳的色球和日冕动力学,包括研究日冕加热、太阳风加速、日冕物质抛射、太阳大气动力学和温度各向异性等科学问题。

Recently, IT home, a professional news website in our country, reported that India’s first solar probe Aditya-L1 successfully reached the target orbit Halo Orbit (halo orbit) around the Sun-Earth Lagrange point L1, with a distance of about 1.5 million kilometers from the Earth and a orbital period of approximately 177.86 Earth days. The main scientific objectives of the mission include studying the chromosphere and corona dynamics of the Sun, such as corona heating, solar wind acceleration, coronal mass ejections, solar atmospheric dynamics, and temperature anisotropy.

Aditya-L1 has a total of seven payloads, including four for solar remote sensing and three for in-situ observations. The probe uses electromagnetic, particle, and magnetic field detectors to observe the photosphere, chromosphere, and the outermost layer of the Sun (corona). Four payloads observe the Sun directly, while the other three payloads conduct in-situ studies on particles and fields at the Lagrange point L1, providing important scientific research for the propagation effects of solar dynamics in the interplanetary medium.

Aditya-L1 was successfully launched on September 2, 2023, and on November 7 of the same year, HEL1OS (High Energy X-ray Spectrometer of the Sun) captured its first high-energy X-ray from a solar flare, marking the initial success of the mission.
