Yang Yongping Appointed President of Lanzhou University

Professor Yang Yongping, born in April 1967, holds a doctorate in engineering and is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Prior to his appointment at Lanzhou University, he served as the president and deputy secretary of the party committee at North China Electric Power University.
