北京，8月23日 – 23日晚，HICOOL 2024全球创业者峰会开幕式暨颁奖盛典在北京隆重举行，来自澳大利亚、德国、法国、泰国等多个国家的优质科技创新企业齐聚一堂，共同见证这场科技盛宴。本届峰会以“新质引领 创新共融”为主题，旨在进一步聚合国际创新科技资源，推动全球科技创新合作。
开幕式上，北京市与中国工业和信息化部、中国人力资源和社会保障部签署共建高水平人才高地战略合作协议，并携手人社部共建国际人才服务保障综合配套改革先行区。同时，还举行了“国际人才组织联合会北京代表处”成立仪式、“国际创投联盟”成立仪式、“全球顶级创业赛会联盟”成立仪式，标志着北京在打造全球科技创新中心方面迈出了坚实步伐。
本届峰会为期三天，将举办上百场系列活动，包括峰会开幕式暨颁奖盛典、高水平人才高地建设论坛、HICOOL创业高峰论坛等。峰会还设立了HICOOL会客厅、创投对接舞台、融合创新舞台、海外创新舞台、产业对接舞台以及HICOOL投资人会客厅等多个平台，为参会者提供交流合作的机会。
同期举办的HICOOL科技文化消费节、HICOOL全球创业者之夜等活动，将进一步丰富峰会的内涵，打造高端多元、开放包容的国际盛会。
本届峰会还设置了HICOOL服务首都高质量发展成果展区、创新生态展区、创投小镇展区、港澳展区、雄安新区及首都“16+1”区特色展区、国际创新展区等多个板块，在占地2.6万平方米的空间里，构建科技成果百花齐放的创业生态圈。
本届峰会吸引了世界知名科学家、诺贝尔奖获奖者、杰出企业家、顶级投资人、独角兽新星等各界嘉宾，以及3万余位科创人才、1000余位全球投资人参与，共话前沿科技，共享创新成果，共创“全球创业者嘉年华”。
作为北京市打造具有全球影响力人才创业品牌的重要探索和尝试，五年来，HICOOL吸引全球145个国家和地区的32001名创业人才、24171个创业项目参与，累计培育孵化出127家专精特新企业、16家独角兽企业，获奖项目赛后新融资额超360亿元人民币。

Beijing, August23 – The opening ceremony and awards gala of the HICOOL 2024 Global Entrepreneurship Summit took place in Beijing on the evening ofAugust 23rd, bringing together top tech innovators from countries including Australia, Germany, France, and Thailand to celebrate this technological feast. This year’s summit, themed “New Quality Leading, Innovation Integration,” aims to further gather internationalinnovation and technology resources and promote global collaboration in scientific and technological innovation.
During the opening ceremony, Beijing signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to jointly build a high-level talent highland. Together with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Beijing will establish a pilot reform zone for comprehensive service and guarantee for international talent. The ceremony also saw the establishment of the Beijing Representative Office of the International Organization of Talent, the International Venture Capital Alliance, and the Global Top Entrepreneurship Competition Alliance, marking significant strides in Beijing’s efforts to build a global center for technological innovation.
The summit will run for three days, featuring over a hundred events, including the opening ceremony and awards gala, the High-Level Talent Highland Construction Forum, the HICOOL Entrepreneurship Summit, and more.
