##两岸福州职工创新创业创造大赛促两岸项目“落地开花”
中新社福州8月22日电 (郑江洛) 第四届海峡两岸(福州)职工创新创业创造大赛主题日活动于22日在福州举办，福州市总工会副主席林如长在活动上介绍，四年来，大赛为两岸高水平创新型人才提供机遇、搭建平台、促进成长，已有685个团队共1303个项目挂牌交易，88个获奖团队中有84个成果在榕城“落地开花”。
本届大赛于2023年9月启动，分设职工“三创”组、就业创业组、台胞组三个组别，吸引了两岸621个“三创”项目参赛，其中，台胞职工“三创”项目62个。
由两岸青年共同参与的“鲍之家”项目获得大赛台胞组金奖。项目负责人、大陆青年林昕哲告诉记者，该团队项目所研发的耐高温鲍鱼苗，解决了福建鲍鱼夏季畏热需“南鲍北养”的问题，从而降低养殖成本。福建省是鲍鱼养殖大省，通过大赛对接到当地相关的产业资源，进行项目落地；目前鲍鱼苗处于小规模量产阶段，已在福州连江、漳州漳浦、宁德霞浦等地进行养殖。
参与“鲍之家”项目的台湾青年翁欣蕊表示，在比赛过程中结识了各行各业的优秀选手，和大陆队友取长补短，在竞争与合作中提升了自己各方面的能力。“这几年预制菜很受欢迎，我们未来还计划研制出多款鲍鱼预制菜，并销往各地。”
据大赛组委会披露，截至2024年7月，大赛获奖团队获得共计超1.5亿元(人民币，下同)的投融资；多个优秀项目达成产业对接，总销售额预计超7000万元。
大赛不仅为两岸创新创业者提供了展示才华的舞台，也为两岸项目落地提供了桥梁和纽带，促进了两岸人才交流和产业合作，为两岸经济社会发展注入了新的活力。

The Fourth Cross-Straits (Fuzhou) Workers’ Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creation Contest Theme Day was held in Fuzhou onAugust 22nd. Lin Ruchang, Deputy Chairman of the Fuzhou Federation of Trade Unions, introduced that over the past four years, thecontest has provided opportunities, built platforms, and fostered growth for high-level innovative talents across the Taiwan Strait. A total of 1,303 projects from 685 teams have been listed for trading, and 84 out of 88 award-winning teams have seen their achievements “blossom and take root” in Fuzhou.
This year’s contest, launched in September 2023, features three categories: Workers’ “Three Creations” Group, Employment and Entrepreneurship Group, and Taiwan Compatriots Group, attracting 621 “Three Creations” projects from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, including 62 projects from Taiwan compatriots.
The “Baozhijia” project, jointly participated by young people from both sides of theTaiwan Strait, won the gold award in the Taiwan Compatriots Group. Lin Xinzhe, the project leader and a mainland youth, told reporters that the team’s project, which developed high-temperature-resistant abalone larvae, solved the problem of abalone’s heat sensitivity in summer, requiring the “Southernabalone, Northern cultivation” approach, thus reducing breeding costs. Fujian Province is a major abalone farming province. Through the contest, the project connected with relevant local industrial resources and achieved implementation. Currently, the abalone larvae are in small-scale mass production and have been cultivated in Lianjiang, Zhangpu,and Xiapu in Fujian Province.
Weng Xinrui, a Taiwanese youth involved in the “Baozhijia” project, said that she met outstanding contestants from various industries during the competition and learned from her mainland teammates, improving her skills in various aspects through competition and collaboration. “Pre-made dishes are verypopular these days. In the future, we also plan to develop a variety of abalone pre-made dishes and sell them across the country.”
According to the contest organizing committee, as of July 2024, the winning teams have received a total of over 150 million yuan (RMB,the same below) in investment and financing. Several outstanding projects have achieved industrial connections, with expected total sales exceeding 70 million yuan.
The contest not only provides a platform for showcasing talents for innovators and entrepreneurs across the Taiwan Strait but also serves as a bridge and link for project implementation, promoting talent exchange and industrialcooperation between the two sides, injecting new vitality into the economic and social development of both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
