此次试点旨在通过评估匿名化数据交易流通场景的重标识风险，确定匿名化措施的有效性，帮助数据流通主体克服安全合规焦虑，推动匿名化数据流通交易场景的落地，进一步释放企业数据价值。
试点对象方面，数据提供方或数据接收方的企业、组织、机构等均可报名参加试点工作。试点单位需提供具体的匿名化数据流通交易场景用于评估，包括交易的匿名化数据集的必要信息，以及数据提供方、数据接收方的必要信息等。
随着数据要素在数字经济中的广泛应用，数据安全与隐私保护问题也逐步显现。保障数据要素流通交易安全成为构建全国一体化数据要素市场的重要前提。匿名化作为保障数据要素交易流通安全的重要措施之一，得到了法律法规的明确支持。

In terms of pilot participants, companies, organizations, and institutions that are data providers or data recipients can all apply to participate in the pilot program. Pilot unitsneed to provide specific anonymized data circulation trading scenarios for evaluation, including necessary information about the anonymized datasets traded, as well as necessary information about data providers and data recipients.
