来自陕西理工大学的黄度尧凭借作品《旧友渡洋》获得绘画类最佳作品奖。这幅作品以独特的构图方式，描绘了两只朱鹮跨越海洋的场景，寓意着中日两国人民之间的深厚友谊。新潟江南高中的江端小雪则凭借作品《桃花岛》获得书法类最佳作品奖。她书写的汉字“桃花岛”，呈现出朱鹮拍打翅膀的形态，充满了活力和生机。

**Niigata, August 20 (Xinhua)** – This year marks the 25th anniversary of China’s gift of the crested ibis “Youyou” and “Yangyang” to Japan. To commemorate this significant event of friendly exchange, the “Crested Ibis Cup” Sino-Japanese Youth Calligraphy, Painting, and Photography Exchange Exhibition Award Ceremony was held in Niigata City, Japan, on August 19th.
The event involved the participation of young people from both China and Japan, with a total of 200 works submitted, covering calligraphy, painting, and photography. The works, all themed around the crested ibis, showcased the youth’s understanding and love for nature, culture, and friendship. After a rigorous judging process, 50 works were awarded prizes.
Huang Duyao, from Shaanxi University of Technology, won the BestPainting Award with his work “Old Friends Crossing the Ocean.” This piece, with its unique composition, depicts two crested ibises crossing the ocean, symbolizing the deep friendship between the people of China and Japan.
