8月8日至10日，2024太湖人才发展大会在江苏无锡隆重举行，作为大会的重要组成部分，第十五届中国大学生服务外包创新创业大赛决赛也在此期间同步举行。经过紧张激烈的角逐，来自重庆大学、东北大学、南京师范大学等高校的30支团队在众多参赛者中脱颖而出，分别获得了企业命题类(A类)、创业实践类(B类)和创响无锡类(C类)全国一等奖。
在颁奖仪式上，与会嘉宾为获奖团队代表颁发了荣誉证书和奖杯，以表彰他们在服务外包创新创业领域的杰出表现。作为服务外包产业领域唯一的国家级赛事，中国大学生服务外包创新创业大赛自举办以来，一直致力于推动产学研用协同发展，促进大学生服务外包创新创业，为服务外包产业培养和储备人才。
大赛注重产教融合，首创企业命题类(A类)竞赛，吸引了包括百度、阿里巴巴、海尔等在内的行业领军企业参与，为学生提供了实际的项目需求，促进了产学研用的结合，为学生的实践能力和创新精神提供了展示平台。
此次大赛吸引了来自857所院校的8801支团队报名参加，团队数较上届增长9.9%，赛事规模再创新高。在赛题方面，涵盖了物联网、云计算、人工智能等数字经济重点领域，展现了大赛在数字经济领域的广泛影响力。
决赛期间，大赛组委会还组织了一系列活动，包括“太湖之星”大学生创业创新提升训练营、百校千才无锡行(滨湖站)等，进一步拓宽了引才渠道，丰富了留才举措，为无锡高质量发展提供了人才支撑。
未来，赛事组委会将继续推进与无锡各板块和园区的深度合作，带领优秀获奖团队走进园区、走入企业，促进校企双方在科研项目、人才培养等方面的深度合作，助推产学研用协同创新发展。

Title: The 15th China College Students’ Service Outsourcing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Concludes Successfully
On August 8-10, the 2024 Taihu Talent Development Conference was held in a grand ceremony in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. As an important component of the conference, the final of the 15th China College Students’ Service Outsourcing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was also held during this period. After a fierce competition, 30 teams from universities such as Chongqing University, Northeast University, and Nanjing Normal University stood out from among many participants, winning the national first prize in the categories of Enterprise-Proposed Projects (Category A), Entrepreneurship Practice (Category B), and Wuxi Innovation (Category C).
At the award ceremony, distinguished guests presented honor certificates and trophies to the representatives of the winning teams to recognize their outstanding achievements in the field of service outsourcing innovation and entrepreneurship. As the only national-level event in the service outsourcing industry, the China College Students’ Service Outsourcing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has been dedicated to promoting the coordinated development of production, education, research, and application, fostering college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship in service outsourcing, and cultivating and reserving talents for the service outsourcing industry since its inception.
The competition emphasizes the integration of industry and education, pioneering the Enterprise-Proposed Projects (Category A) competition, which attracted leading companies such as Baidu, Alibaba, and Haier. This competition provided students with actual project needs, promoted the combination of production, education, research, and application, and offered a platform for students to showcase their practical abilities and innovative spirit.
The competition attracted 8,801 teams from 857 colleges and universities, a 9.9% increase over the previous year, setting a new record for the scale of the event. The topics covered key areas of the digital economy, including the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, showcasing the wide influence of the competition in the digital economy sector.
During the final phase, the competition organizing committee also organized a series of activities, including the “Taihu Star” College Students’ Entrepreneurship and Innovation Improvement Training Camp and the “Billion Schools Thousand Talents Wuxi Tour” (Binhu Station), further expanding the channels for talent attraction and enriching measures to retain talents, providing human resources support for Wuxi’s high-quality development.
In the future, the competition organizing committee plans to deepen cooperation with various sectors and parks in Wuxi, leading outstanding winning teams into the parks and enterprises to promote in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises in scientific research projects, talent training, and other areas, and to promote the coordinated innovative development of production, education, research, and application.
