广西壮族自治区积极加强城乡历史文化保护传承工作，不断提升历史文化保护能力水平。近日，广西壮族自治区人民政府公布第九批自治区级历史文化街区名单，核定了兴安县北街里历史文化街区、“广西三一〇”核地质大队旧址历史文化街区为第九批自治区级历史文化街区。
兴安县北街里历史文化街区是桂林市保存较好的清末至民国建筑群街区，这些建筑群见证了历史的变迁，承载着丰富的文化内涵。街区内的青石板街道、临街商铺和浓厚的历史氛围，为当地居民和游客提供了独特的文化体验，成为了桂林打造世界级旅游城市的重要名片。
广西壮族自治区住房和城乡建设厅持续推动历史文化保护工作，截至今年6月，全区已公布历史建筑1300余处，历史文化名城名镇名村和传统村落数量不断增加。柳州市曙光西路历史文化街区的保护工作也取得了显著成效，通过微改造方式，增强了历史街区的活力和吸引力。
为了提升历史文化保护能力水平，广西住房和城乡建设厅成立了广西建筑工匠学院，举办了传统建筑工匠培训班，培训了大量的农村建筑工匠，为历史建筑修缮和传统村落保护发展提供了人才支撑。
