据中新社北京7月31日电，中国国家市场监管总局近日指导推动京津冀三地市场监管部门联合印发《京津冀市场监管部门跨区域信息资源共享实施工作方案》。这一方案的出台，旨在通过进一步整合数据资源，推动跨区域信息资源共享，提升京津冀信用监管协同发展能力。
方案具有三大特点：一是共享渠道专，在国家代码中心建立京津冀数据中心实验室作为共享中枢，三地市场监管部门建立数据分区，实现信息资源通过专线统一上传、全量共享；二是共享范围广，包括注册登记类、监管类、其他类共三大类26子类的信用信息，实现信息资源应享尽享；三是共享应用多，应用大数据、云计算等新技术，加强对三地信用监管工作的日常监测和比较分析，提升信用监管智慧监管水平。
下一步，国家市场监管总局将指导三地市场监管部门深度挖掘数据资源价值，进一步创新信用监管工具，形成更多应用场景和应用需求，为健全统一的信用信息共享制度规则探索可借鉴、可复制的经验。

According to Xinhua News Agency in Beijing on July 31, the China National Market Supervision Administration recently guided and promoted the joint issuance of the “Implementation Plan for the Cross-Regional Sharing of Information Resources among the Market Supervision Departments in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area” by the three regions’ market supervision departments. The aim of this plan is to further integrate data resources, promote cross-regional sharing of information resources, and enhance the collaborative development capability of credit supervision in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
