山西省临汾市应急管理局近期发布了《临汾安泽山西永鑫通海铁路物流有限责任公司永鑫铁路专用线集运站2号机头房“11·24”较大坍塌事故调查报告》。报告指出，2023年11月24日21时59分，山西永鑫通海铁路物流有限责任公司永鑫铁路专用线集运站建设项目配煤系统原料煤棚2号机头房发生一起较大坍塌事故，造成5人死亡、1人重伤、1人轻伤。
事故调查组认为，事故的直接原因是施工单位在未编制专项施工方案、未采取有效支护措施的情况下，违规进行高支模作业，导致模板支撑体系失稳坍塌。事故的发生暴露了施工单位安全生产主体责任不落实，现场安全管理混乱，安全风险意识淡薄，以及对施工方案的执行不严格等问题。
针对事故调查报告，当地政府已对46名相关责任人进行了问责，包括行政处分、党纪处分和组织处理等。同时，相关部门也提出了加强安全监管、完善施工管理、提升安全意识和强化责任追究等整改措施，以防止类似事故的再次发生。
