BEIJING, March 19 (Xinhua) — The former inspector of the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision has been arrested for suspected bribery, according to a statement released by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate on its official Sina Weibo account.
The case, investigated by the Shaanxi Provincial Supervisory Commission, has been transferred to the procuratorial organ for review and prosecution. The case will be reviewed and prosecuted by the People’s Procuratorate of Yan’an City, as assigned by the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Procuratorate.
