积石山灾后重建全面启动 城乡建设产业重构齐头并进
中新网北京3月6日电 (记者 丁思) 全国人大代表、甘肃临夏回族自治州州长何东在全国两会期间向中新社记者介绍称，目前，当地正全力推进积石山灾后恢复重建各项工作。
何东表示，积石山县9·8特大山洪泥石流灾害发生后，当地第一时间启动应急响应，全力组织开展抢险救灾工作。目前，灾后恢复重建各项工作已全面启动。
据悉，积石山灾后重建将突出城乡建设和产业重构。在城乡建设方面，将按照“安全、宜居、特色”的原则，加快推进灾区基础设施和公共服务设施重建，提升城乡人居环境。在产业重构方面，将依托当地资源优势，发展特色产业，培育新的经济增长点。
何东介绍，目前，积石山灾后重建各项项目已全面开工。其中，学校重建项目将于今年秋季建成办学，受灾民众将于国庆节前搬进新居。
何东表示，积石山灾后重建是一项系统性工程，需要各方共同努力。临夏州将坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，统筹推进灾后恢复重建和经济社会发展，确保灾区群众早日恢复正常生产生活，早日实现灾后重建目标。

Beijing, March 6 (China News Service) – He Dong, a National People’s Congress deputy and governor of Gansu’s Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, told a China News Service reporter during the Two Sessions that the local government is currentlymaking every effort to advance various aspects of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction in Jishi Mountain.
He Dong said that after the 9.8 major flood and mudslide disaster in Jishi Mountain County, the local government immediately initiated an emergency response and organized all-out rescue and disaster relief efforts. Currently, various aspects of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction have been fully launched.
It is reported that Jishi Mountain’s post-disaster reconstruction will focus on urban-rural construction and industrial restructuring. In terms of urban-rural construction, the reconstruction of infrastructure and public service facilities in the disaster area will be accelerated in accordance withthe principles of “safety, livability, and distinctiveness” to improve the living environment in urban and rural areas. In terms of industrial restructuring, the local resource advantages will be leveraged to develop distinctive industries and cultivate new economic growth points.
He Dong introduced that all projects for Jishi Mountain’s post-disaster reconstruction have now commenced construction. Among them, school reconstruction projects will be completed and put into operation by this fall, and affected residents will move into new homes before National Day.
He Dong said that Jishi Mountain’s post-disaster reconstruction is a systematic project that requires joint efforts from all parties.
