雄安新区将打造绿色发展城市典范。国家发展改革委和河北省人民政府联合印发的关于推动雄安新区建设绿色发展城市典范的意见近日正式公布。意见提出,要坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,积极探索生态环境与经济社会协调发展的有效途径,全面提升雄安新区的绿色发展水平。要优化产业结构和空间布局,打造以信息技术、生物技术、新材料、新能源等战略性新兴产业为主的产业体系。要构建资源节约和环境友好的产业链、供应链,推动形成绿色低碳循环的产业生态圈。此外,还要加快推进绿色建筑和绿色交通体系建设,完善生态环境监测预警体系,建立健全绿色发展的政策法规标准体系,为雄安新区高质量发展提供坚实支撑。
