中国检察机关近日表示，将强化追缴和纠正行贿所获得的不正当利益。据中新社报道，2023年，全国纪检监察机关共立案行贿人员1.7万人，移送检察机关3389人。
针对如何更好发挥检察机关惩治腐败犯罪职能作用的问题，中国最高人民检察院检察委员会副部级专职委员、第三检察厅厅长史卫忠表示，检察机关将依法严厉打击行贿行为，追缴不正当利益，维护社会公平正义。
检察机关将继续完善行贿犯罪追缴机制，对行贿行为进行全方位、全过程的监控，确保行贿犯罪无所遁形。同时，检察机关还将加强对行贿犯罪所得的追缴和没收工作，确保所有违法所得都能被及时追缴。

In a recent statement, Chinese judicial authorities emphasized the strengthening of efforts to recover illicit gains from bribery. According to reports, in 2023, the national disciplinary inspection authorities filed cases against 17,000 bribers and referred 3,389 to the procuratorate.
In response to questions about how to better utilize the procuratorial organs’ role in combating corruption, Shi Weizhong, the vice-ministerial level full-time member of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and the director of the Third Procuratorial Department, stated that procuratorial organs will continue to improve the mechanism for recovering illicit gains from bribery. They will enhance comprehensive and whole-process monitoring of bribery activities to ensure they are exposed and justice is served.
Procuratorial organs will also strengthen legal supervision of bribery crimes, correcting any unfair advantages gained through bribery and maintaining fair market competition. In addition, they will rigorously investigate and hold accountable those responsible for bribery, ensuring that such behaviors face appropriate legal sanctions.
