近日，我国工业和信息化部、科学技术部等12部门联合印发了《工业互联网标识解析体系“贯通”行动计划(2024—2026年)》（以下简称《行动计划》），这是我国第一份针对工业互联网标识解析体系出台的政策文件，标志着我国工业互联网迈向了“数字身份证”时代。
《行动计划》从关键指标、重点领域、基础支撑、产业生态四个方面对工业互联网标识解析体系进行了全面布局。一方面，通过优化标识解析体系关键指标，提升工业互联网数据资源的互联互通和共享水平；另一方面，聚焦制造业、农业、服务业等三大重点领域，推动工业互联网在各领域的广泛应用。
此外，《行动计划》还强调了基础支撑和产业生态的建设。基础支撑方面，将推动工业互联网标识解析体系的技术创新、标准制定和人才培养；产业生态方面，将培育壮大工业互联网产业链，促进产业链上下游企业的协同发展。
《行动计划》的实施，旨在推动我国工业互联网标识解析体系的贯通，加快构建工业互联网安全保障体系，为我国工业互联网的健康发展提供有力支撑。

Recently, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, and other 12 departments jointly issued the “Digital ID” Action Plan for the Industrial Internet (2024-2026) (hereinafter referred to as the “Action Plan”). This is the first policy document in China that focuses on the industrial internet’s digital ID resolution system, marking the era of “digital ID” for the industrial internet in our country.
The Action Plan comprehensively plans the industrial internet’s digital ID resolution system from four aspects: key indicators, key fields, basic support, and industrial ecology. On one hand, it optimizes the key indicators of the digital ID resolution system to enhance the interconnection and sharing level of industrial internet data resources; on the other hand, it focuses on the three key fields of manufacturing, agriculture, and services, promoting the wide application of the industrial internet in various fields.
In addition, the Action Plan emphasizes the construction of basic support and industrial ecology. In terms of basic support, it will promote technological innovation, standard formulation, and talent training in the industrial internet’s digital ID resolution system. In terms of industrial ecology, it will cultivate and grow the industrial chain of the industrial internet, promoting the coordinated development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain.
The implementation of the Action Plan aims to promote the connection of China’s industrial internet digital ID resolution system, accelerate the construction of the industrial internet’s security guarantee system, and provide strong support for the healthy development of China’s industrial internet.
