针对极端恶劣条件,如无通信信号、高浓度烟尘、地形复杂、水域浑浊流速快等,我国将加强机器人环境自适应、多源信息融合、任务策略智能规划、自主智能侦察搜索等技术研究。同时,突破无人机、机器人等装备集群协同作业关键技术,以及人机协同作业技术。

为实现这一目标,我国将加强云计算、人工智能、大数据等在应急机器人中的创新应用。通过提升机器人的智能化水平,为我国应急救援工作提供更高效、更安全的保障。

Recently, the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued guidelines on accelerating the development of emergency response robots. The guidelines aim to improve the control and intelligence level of robots to meet the rescue needs in complex limited spaces, high mountains, gorges, and rapid water areas.

To address extreme harsh conditions such as no communication signal, high-concentration dust, complex terrain, and murky water flow rate, China will strengthen research on robot environmental adaptation, multi-source information fusion, task strategy intelligent planning, and autonomous intelligent reconnaissance and search technology. Meanwhile, breakthroughs will be made in the key technologies of unmanned aerial vehicles, robot equipment cluster collaboration, and human-machine collaborative operations.
