中国援柬首所公立大学二期项目开工
中国援柬埔寨东北地区首所公立大学二期项目2月7日在金边举行开工仪式。该项目由中国政府无偿援助，是中柬两国元首达成的重要共识之一，也是中柬教育合作的重点项目。
该大学位于金边市郊，占地面积约45公顷，规划建筑面积16万平方米，将建设教学楼、实验楼、图书馆、宿舍楼等设施，预计将于2025年完工并投入使用。
项目总预算约为9000万美元，其中中国政府无偿援助约8000万美元，其余由柬方自筹。项目的实施将进一步提升柬埔寨高等教育水平，为当地培养更多高素质人才，对促进柬经济社会发展具有重要意义。

The second phase project of China’s first public university in Cambodia’s northeast region was officially launched on February 7th in Phnom Penh.
