据最高人民法院官方网站消息，2023年2月17日，山东省青岛市中级人民法院公开宣判被告人王铭晖受贿、滥用职权案。
经审理查明，2004年至2021年，被告人王铭晖利用担任中共四川省委常委、德阳市委书记、绵阳市委书记、成都市委副书记、成都军区副政委兼政治部主任、四川省人民政府副省长、中共四川省委副书记、四川省人大常委会副主任等职务上的便利，在工程承揽、职务晋升等方面为他人谋取利益，并非法收受财物共计折合人民币859万余元。
同时，王铭晖在担任中共四川省委常委、德阳市委书记期间，违规干预插手工程项目发包，造成公共财产重大损失。其行为已分别构成受贿罪、滥用职权罪，依法应予数罪并罚。鉴于王铭晖到案后如实供述自己的罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
