近日,我国首个万吨级新能源制氢项目在内蒙古鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗纳日松光伏制氢产业示范项目全容量并网发电。该项目由中国能建江苏电建一公司承建,是内蒙古自治区第一批风光制氢一体化示范项目。

该项目采用电解水制氢技术,以太阳能和风能等可再生能源为电力来源,通过电解水生产氢气。项目包括光伏电站和制氢厂区两部分。光伏电站总用地面积为10112.8亩,总装机规模400兆瓦,年均发电量约为7.4亿千瓦时;制氢厂区总装机规模为75兆瓦,每年可生产氢气约1万吨,副产氧气8.5万吨。

项目首次使用万安培级IGBT电源(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)代替传统晶闸管,实现太阳能与氢能量大清洁能源的高效融合。项目建成后,每年可节约标煤22.6万吨,减少二氧化碳排放59.4万吨、硫氧化物119吨、氮氧化物约113吨。

Recently, China’s first hydrogen energy project with a capacity of 10,000 tons was connected to the grid inNER Mongolia’s Zhenggar Banner. The project is the first batch of wind and hydrogen integration demonstration projects in Inner Mongolia.

The project adopts water electrolysis hydrogen production technology, using renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy as power sources to produce hydrogen through water electrolysis. The project includes two parts: a photovoltaic power station and a hydrogen production plant. The photovoltaic power station covers an area of 10,112.8 acres, with a total installed capacity of 400 megawatts and an average annual generating capacity of about 740 million kilowatt-hours; the hydrogen production plant has a total installed capacity of 75 megawatts, producing about 10,000 tons of hydrogen and 85,000 tons of oxygen each year.

The project uses megawatt-level IGBT power supply (insulated gate bipolar transistor) instead of traditional thyristors, achieving efficient integration of solar and hydrogen clean energy. After the project is completed, it will save 2.26 million tons of standard coal each year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 5.94 million tons, sulfur oxides by 119 tons, and nitrogen oxides by about 113 tons.
