Tokyo, Japan – In a move aimed at alleviating concerns over the availability of raw materials for food processing, the Japanese government will begin releasing its stockpiled rice for use in products like miso and pastries, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Minister Shinjiro Koizumi announced.
